The five steps
- Read this information, then start secure registration.
- Enter your details, medical answers, consents and mandatory SEPA mandate in the provider environment. “None” is a valid answer to medical questions.
- Ask your previous dentist to send your record securely through ZorgMail.
- Reception reviews the registration and available record and contacts you.
- We then arrange and discuss the first appointment and any next steps.
Your first appointment
Your first appointment is an extensive introduction. We discuss your medical and dental history, perform a full oral examination and take X-rays when needed. We then discuss your oral health, a treatment plan and, where applicable, a cost estimate.
Costs and payment
We first submit claims to your health insurer. Any remaining patient contribution is then collected through the mandatory direct debit mandate.
For treatments where this is legally required or appropriate, you receive a clear cost estimate in advance. Current NZa rates are available on our pricing page.
Changing or cancelling an appointment
Please change or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance where possible. Reserved treatment time may be charged when an appointment is not cancelled in time or is missed.
Confirmation and contact
After submission, you automatically receive a short welcome confirmation without sensitive submission data. Reception will then contact you. Do not use regular email for medical information, photos or records.
