How to contact us safely

Your registration details are sent over a secure connection to our server adapter and forwarded to Oase. Form contents are not included in website analytics or saved in browser storage.

If the separate medical questionnaire is available after registration, your answers, name, date of birth and appointment preferences are encrypted in your browser for the practice. Only the encrypted attachment passes through Cloudflare to [email protected]. The sending service cannot read it. Temporary technical sending records remain active for at most 24 hours; platform backups can persist longer. Reception checks your details against Oase; your identity is not verified online. Refreshing or closing the page loses unsent answers. If this route is unavailable, call the practice about next steps.

Use the provider-hosted route for contact/e-consult. Ask your previous dentist to transfer your record securely through ZorgMail. Do not enter medical information in the registration comments.

Changing practical details

When the change-details form is available, your browser creates a Word summary with your name, date of birth, current email address and only your selected changes. It encrypts the file for the practice before sending it. Only the encrypted attachment is sent through Cloudflare Email Service to [email protected]. Your name and changes do not appear in the email subject or message body. The sending service cannot read the attachment.

Technical sending status and a neutral reference remain active for at most 24 hours; platform backups can persist longer. The practice manages received files under its retention policy. Cloudflare’s security check receives technical connection information, not the form contents. Form contents are not included in website analytics, browser storage or URLs. Refreshing or closing the page loses your entries.

Reception checks your identity against existing patient details and processes the request manually in Oase. Acceptance for sending does not confirm delivery or processing. If submission is unavailable, call reception.
